Eleven registered supports. One team that knows your name.
Every support below is one PowerCare is registered to deliver. Where a support is not on this list, we are not registered for it, and we will tell you so rather than take the referral and work it out later.
Personal care & clinical supports
The supports that make a day possible — including the ones most providers turn down.
Assist Personal Activities — High
The seven high-intensity supports under Practice Standards Module 1: tracheostomy, PEG and enteral feeding, complex bowel care, severe dysphagia, catheter care, complex wound management and subcutaneous injections.
Assist Personal Activities
PowerCare delivers everyday personal care in Sydney — showering, dressing, medication prompting, getting up and getting to bed — including high-intensity personal care for participants with complex clinical needs.
Community Nursing Care
PowerCare provides NDIS community nursing in Sydney — wound care, catheter and stoma care, medication management, clinical assessment, and supervision and training of support workers delivering high-intensity supports.
Home & living
Support inside the home — whether that home is shared, rented, or the one you grew up in.
Daily Tasks / Shared Living (SIL)
PowerCare provides NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) in Sydney — everyday living support from a rostered team, including homes where participants have high-intensity clinical needs like tracheostomy, PEG feeding or complex bowel care.
Household Tasks
PowerCare provides household tasks and domestic assistance in Sydney — cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, shopping and the ordinary maintenance of keeping a home running.
Community, skills & getting out
The part of a plan that is about a life, not a care need.
Participate Community
PowerCare supports NDIS participants in Sydney to get out of the house and into community life — including innovative community participation, and participants with complex clinical needs who are usually left at home.
Innovative Community Participation
Community participation delivered in ways that suit the participant rather than the roster.
Group & Centre Based Activities
PowerCare provides supported group and centre-based activities in Sydney — being somewhere with other people, doing something worth doing, with the support needed to actually take part.
Development — Life Skills
PowerCare builds the practical skills of independent living for NDIS participants in Sydney — cooking, money, transport, appointments and routines — and supports transitions like leaving school or moving into your own place.
Assist — Life Stage, Transition
Support through the changes — leaving school, leaving hospital, moving out, moving on.
Getting around
Because a support that cannot leave the house is only half a support.
Behaviour support plans — implemented, not written.
Behaviour support is not a twelfth registration group. It is a Practice Standards module (2A) that governs how supports are delivered to a participant who has a behaviour support plan — so it happens inside the supports above, delivered by the worker who is already there. PowerCare implements the plan written by the participant's own behaviour support practitioner. We do not write those plans.
